Departure
Tickets booked, seats chosen for easy boarding. We call them the night before with everything they need to carry.

Arrival
Our host meets them on the platform with a name board. Luggage handled, car waiting, no negotiating with anyone.

Stay
Ground-floor or lift-access rooms, walking distance from the ghats, checked by us before they arrive.

Darshan & experiences
Assisted darshan, aarti seating arranged in advance, and a guide who explains what they are seeing — not just where to stand.

Local support
One number that works all day. You get a daily photo and update on WhatsApp, without having to ask.

Return
Drop to the station, and a call from us once they have reached home. The journey closes only then.
